Born and raised in the Berkshires, I travel not just back and forth from my home in Boston, but also around the globe! I’ve always had a deep passion for organizing and planning, and I believe that every special event deserves to be stunning! With this philosophy in mind I founded Kaleidoscope Event Planning. I’ll work day and night to guarantee that your next event will be filled with unforgettable moments!
Whether your event is in town, another country, or between the two, I'll be there every step of the way orchestrating the most memorable event!

Demitre, Event Coordinator
Hi! I'm Demitre, Berkshire born mixed with a little Midwest love. Momma of two beautiful children and three rambunctious fur babies. Nurse by day. Helping people is the thing that feeds my soul. I’m a lover of sunshine, bare feet, and food trucks. Oh, and of course wine and cheese!
I have a true passion for event coordinating and party planning, it’s always been a passion of mine. Coordinating is my niche and when it comes to detail, I’m your girl! I've been with Kaleidoscope Event Planning for over a year now and love I look forward to working with you and turning my creativity into your dreams.
Rebecca, Assistant Coordinator
Hi, I'm Rebecca-I recently moved to the Boston area from Western, MA. I'm a major foodie who's always looking for great new spot to eat! I recently found a new love for wine, trying both reds and whites. One of my “hobbies” is dog sitting, which I try to do as often as I can (any excuse to play with puppies!)
My first job was in the restaurant industry and from there my passion for hospitality has only grown. I've now been in the hospitality industry for over 10 years, and have my degree in Hospitality Administration. I enjoy being around others and meeting new people and I look forward to working many more events with Kaleidoscope!
Krystle, Assistant Coordinator
My name is Krystle and I am a busy gal. I work as a grant writer for a nonprofit based in Northampton, I am in my last year of law school at Western New England, and I've been working weddings and special events for over 12 years with my family's catering company.
Samantha and I met in college through our sorority and instantly bonded over both being from Western Massachusetts and being meticulously organized. I am so happy to join her at Kaleidoscope Event Planning and support her mission to make your event unforgettable.
Outside of work, I am very involved in community theater. You can usually find me onstage, in the wings, or in the box office at your local theater in Western MA and Northern CT.
Ally, Assistant Coordinator & Blogger
Hi, I'm Ally! I'm a Jersey girl born and raised but recently relocated to Boston to pursue a career in the travel industry. When I'm not booking people on the vacations of their dreams you can find me on a beach, a dance floor, or working an event!
I have over ten years experience catering and planning events. One of my first jobs ever was catering at a famous colonial restaurant and banquet hall in a little town in South Jersey. Throughout high school and college I helped my Aunt with her catering and events business.
I love being able to use my creativity to make people's visions for their perfect wedding, holiday party, or shower come to life. In my spare time, you'll find me on Pinterest planning out my next outfit, project, meal or checking off another destination on my bucket list! I also adore reading, writing, and crafting. I'm looking forward to working with you on your next event!
Alex, Contract Editor
I joined Kaleidoscope Event Planning in March 2019 as the company's Contracts Editor. My primary goal is to ensure the logistics, services and other details of the event are clearly memorialized. I love working in KEP's collaborative environment and enjoy watching the events come to fruition.
I began my legal career with Boston Municipal Court and have been working as a litigation paralegal for the last nine years. While working for a boutique law firm in Boston, I also served as the firm's events coordinator where I planned networking events for candidates for political offices including candidates for Mayor, District Attorney, Attorney General, Massachusetts State Senate, U.S. Congress, and Lieutenant Governor, among others.
In my free time, am usually found bird watching, exploring the outdoors, cooking or playing banjo.
